REFUND POLICY

At WAY TEST SERIES (POWERED BY WAY EDUCATION INITIATIVE PVT.LTD.), we strive to provide the best educational resources and support to our valued students & parents. We understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to request a refund for your test series subscription. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

a. Refunds are applicable for the annual subscription for class 12th or Repeater (One year plan) & two-year subscription for class 11th & 12th combined (Two Year Plan) test series subscriptions.

b. Refunds will only be considered within 15 days or after attempting of 2 Papers, whichever is earlier from the initial subscription / purchase date. (Refer your payment receipt)

c. Refunds will not be granted after the expiry of the 15 days or after attempting of 2 Papers, whichever is earlier.

2. Refund Amount:

a. For an annual subscription for class 12th or Repeater (One year plan), a refund of 70% of the full fees will be provided. (Refer your payment receipt).

b. For a two-year subscription for class 11th & 12th combined (Two Year Plan), a refund of 70% of the full fees will be provided. (Refer your payment receipt).

3. Refund Process:

Step 1: To request a refund, you must come to our office.

Step 2: We will give you a refund form which you have to submit in hard copy at our office. You will need to provide your purchase details and a valid reason for requesting a refund.

Step 3: Our customer support team will review your request and may ask for additional information if needed.

Step 4: Once your refund request is approved, the refund amount will be processed within 15 working days and credited back by cheque. (Cheque will be issued on name of father or mother of student respectively on demand).

4. Non-Refundable Situations:

a. Fees paid for any additional services (online paper provision/distribution) or add-ons are non-refundable.

b. Refunds will not be granted if you have accessed more than 2 test series paper (online or offline) or used any part of the test series materials or resources.

c. Refund will not be granted if you have made partial or part payment.
